April 2007

Here are a couple of links to a couple of games that are true time killers.  The first is a 3-D puzzle in which you’ve got to build the designs in 3 dimensions. If you get it right, a yellow dot shows up next to the puzzle level. Green if you do it in less blocks. I did two in less blocks.
Figure 6, I did in 10 cubes.
Figure 8, I did in 12 boxes.

The 2nd they call the impossible quiz.  It’s impossibly cruel and unusual punishment to work through this one.

Took a bit to get to this update. The last week of March, we up and took off to Minneapolis for a week. Mostly shopping, but some sightseeing. I prefer the sightseeing, but Jonathan and I were outvoted by three women.

Then into Easter last weekend. Jonathan was loaded up with chocolate again. Funny thing is, he’s still working on the chocolate from Christmas! (We don’t give him very much and we’re saving the smarties for potty training. Aim at the cheerio and get a smartie for doing it well. LOL)

This weekend we finished off the 3rd bedroom. The paint had already been applied, so we just had the floor left to do. We (well, mostly me) laid down the laminate flooring. That was a fun learning experience. I only wasted one plank though, so I was doing pretty good. Got to break in some new tools as well, so that’s always a good thing. The latest toy was an air compressor and air gun. Great purchase! Made it MUCH easier to put the baseboards back on.

I updated the galleries tonight. Look for more photos under ‘Our House’ and ‘March and April 2007′.
